Hello ! This is a test subject to create the 5 tutorials videos of the different steps of co-creation. Here you will normally find a description of the subject discussed.

We are asking you to share your experiences and solutions in a type of brainstorming exercise about one aspect of The Winter Plan i.e. communication about the care of an older person transferring home from hospital and how the SoCaTel platform might help with this. We want you to tell us specifically how communication between people such as; families, nurses, social workers, carers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, home support services and doctors currently happens and how it might be improved with the use of the platform. We hope that a lively and engaging discussion will produce some new ideas (or refine some old ones!) to improve our public health services and to show that the platform is a meaningful and effective way of doing this into the future.

La idea es una aplicación que brinde una solución al problema del transporte de personas mayores a centros que brindan una variedad de servicios, así como a actividades sociales y culturales. Nuestra solución trata de abordar un problema que tienen la mayoría de las personas mayores, la cual es tener que obtener toda la información desde diferentes sitios web (es decir, de los hospitales, de las farmacias, de los eventos a los que quieren ir). Nosotros queremos resumir toda esta información en una sola plataforma donde podrán ingresar y buscar estos lugares cerca a ellos, así como tendrán la oportunidad de contactar a personas que pueden ayudarlos a ir a estos lugares y regresar.

Our project is about to create a web application to motivate the old people to contribute to activities because we think that the old age group need a platform where they can search among quality events. We are open to every idea so don't be afraid to ask questions and contribute to this topic.
